Because we work with many different designers who consign their work, any refunds are subject to the policy of that designer. All OSCB items are refunded as store credit unless there is something wrong with the item. We ask that you ask questions before purchasing items, such as color, sizing, etc. PAD items can be issued a store credit or full refund minus shipping. Bows, diaper bags, and other accessories (unless personalized) are issued a store credit unless there is something wrong with the item. All personalized items are non-refundable. ALL items returned for a store credit or partial refund must be in original packaging in brand new condition.
