This car seat cover replaces OR fits over the top of the previous cover. It features a canopy, strap covers and a personalized belly pad!I have worked very hard to make sure I have devised the very best covers for you and your little one!! Notice how cover is ''Fitted'' instead of like a slip cover!! This means you will still be able to use your seatbelt slots!! It will also prevent bunching!! Also, my covers have individual cuts for the harness to run through, instead of one slit like some other covers.
