This adorable skirt is made up of two layers. The bottom layer is a white background fabric with multi-colored polka dots, trimmed with a light pink/white polka dot ruffle. The top layer is made using two different fabrics, a pink/red polka dot and a cupcake fabric. The edge is scalloped and it trimmed in a blue/white polka ruffle. There is a cupcake appliqued onto the front and onto the back.
The matching tee has a coordinating cupcake appliqued on the chest.
