Soft Cotton Lap shoulder tee with a polka dot ribbon sewn across the chest and finished off with a big bow.  Bow will not come loose or untied, it si sewn into place and is fully machine washable.  As with all OSCB outfits, all edges are machine sewn and ribbon edges are treated to prevent fraying.
